We stumbled across this logo while scanning and photographing the surface of a Music Semiconductors high-speed 16-bit interface LANCAM network content-addressable memory chip. The logo letters are 60 microns in height and were photographed with a Nikon E-600 upright reflected light microscope featuring infinity-corrected optics and differential interference contrast with a full-wave retardation plate. This chip also has a 70-micron high Musical Windmill.
